Happy National Shrimp Day!

Yes, this is seriously a thing. Each year on May 10th, we can celebrate National Shrimp Day. I must admit, I’m not much of a Seafood eater, but I do like shrimp. Although, I just wish we could jump the calendar to December 8th, when it’s NATIONAL BROWNIE DAY! Now that’s a day I can’t wait for. Since it’s still 7 months away, we got some time to plan the brownie fest–and “yes,” I will be talking about this a lot between now and December 8th.

OK, back to Shrimp!

If I had to pick my personal favorite way to eat Shrimp, I’m going to always choose Scampi style. I love the butter and garlic favors. I know there are several Seafood Restaurants but if you live in an area where you have an authentic Marisco’s (Latin Style) Restaurant, you have to try Camarones al mojo de ajo. This is my ultimate favorite. Served with rice, refried beans and flour tortillas. YUM! Seriously, you have to try this.

If you try it, I hope you enjoy it.

What is your favorite way to enjoy Shrimp? Feel free to leave a comment and let me know.
